Lisa Myers is IRI’s Director of Association Management Systems. She manages the database for IRI as well as all systems integrated with it. She uses her business analysis skills to enhance the database experience for members by developing new, easy-to-use functionality.

In her role as data administrator, she provides staff with critical reports and statistics to assist them in making decisions on programs, research, and outreach.

Before joining IRI, Lisa worked at the software company Abila. Before that, she worked in various roles in associations and non-profits throughout the D.C. region, learning the importance of serving association members in support of their industry mission.

Lisa holds a bachelors from Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA, where she is active as a member of the IT Advisory Board. She also has a masters from Georgetown University. She lives in Arlington, Virginia, with her three dogs.
