Alison Reed is executive vice president, head of distribution at Jackson National Life Distributors LLC (JNLD), the marketing and distribution business of Jackson National Life Insurance Company® (Jackson®). In this role, she is responsible for establishing strategic growth initiatives for Jackson’s distribution organization. She collaborates with other areas within the organization to drive organizational performance, develop new product and distribution opportunities and direct initiatives for continued business growth.

Alison joined Jackson in 2002 and has served in a variety of leadership roles during her tenure at JNLD, including Chief Product Development and Strategy Execution Officer, JNLD Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President of Product Solutions. She also served as Vice President of Variable Annuity Product Management and was Vice President of Due Diligence for National Planning Holdings®, Inc. (NPH), an independent broker-dealer network that was sold to LPL Financial in August 2017.

Alison earned her master’s in business administration from the University of Denver and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado. She also holds FINRA Series 7 and 24 registrations and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and forums.
