Dominic is Head of Third-Party Distribution and New Markets and a member of the Executive Leadership team at MassMutual. He is responsible for driving customer and advisor growth through unaffiliated distribution relationships and direct-to-consumer platforms. Dominic leads four business lines for MassMutual, including MassMutual Strategic Distributors (life insurance, annuities and disability income insurance third-party distribution), MassMutual Ascend (retail annuity manufacturing and distribution), MassMutual Worksite (employee voluntary benefit distribution), and Blueprint Income (direct-to-consumer digital annuity marketplace).

Prior to his current role, Dominic held several senior leadership positions at MassMutual across annuities, life insurance, retirement services and strategic planning. Dominic started his career at MassMutual in the law department as Head of Corporate Law, where he eventually became Deputy General Counsel. Before joining MassMutual in 2011, Dominic spent nearly 10 years practicing corporate law for multi-national law firms in Boston with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and alternative investments.

Dominic received his B.A. in 1998 from the College of the Holy Cross, his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his M.B.A. from the Carroll School of Management (Boston College) in 2002.
