Marci is a managing director in the Client Solutions Group within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, leading Retirement Distribution and Third Party Insurance in the Americas, which includes client strategy and business development across Annuities, Sub-advised Funds, Insurance Broker/Dealers, Defined Contribution and Stable Value Client Portfolio Management. She is co-head of the Americas Women’s Network for Goldman Sachs Asset & Wealth Management. Marci was a recipient of DCIIA’s Leader Award in 2025 for her impact on the retirement industry. In 2017, she was named one of IRI’s Top Influential Leaders Under 40 in the retirement industry.

Prior to her current role, Marci held various leadership roles across Insurance and Third-Party businesses including head of Global Product Development for Retail Insurance and Unit-Linked businesses, head of Executive Benefits, and serving as co-head of the Platform Solutions Group, the client business segment focused on insurance defined contribution, sub-advisory and hedge fund-of-funds markets in North America.

Marci joined Goldman Sachs in 2004 as a relationship manager focused on subadvisory and insurance clients. She was named managing director in 2012.

Prior to joining the firm, Marci worked at AllianceBernstein in the Subadvisory and Insurance Group.

Marci serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees for the Insured Retirement Institute (IRI).

Marci earned a BBA in Business Management from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University in 2000.
