Hannah Pikus is the Director of Digital First Standards for the Insured Retirement Institute (IRI). She focuses on standardizing key data capabilities that will enable and enhance digital experiences for annuities. Hannah joined IRI in 2024.

Before joining IRI, Hannah worked at Allianz Life Insurance of North America in numerous roles for more than 12 years.  Hannah’s most prominent role was an eSolutions Product Owner where she coordinated all updates to the eApplication platforms. The updates covered a wide variety of changes including new retirement products, enhancements to products, regulatory requirements, broker dealer configuration requests, legal updates, and others.

Hannah holds her bachelor’s degree in finance from St. Cloud State University. She resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota with her two cats: Sir Percival and Remington Steel.
