Jaime Ellis serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of the Insured Retirement Institute (IRI). She brings more than 10 years of experience supporting senior executives, with a focus on creating efficient systems and streamlining operations to enable leadership success.

Prior to joining IRI in 2025, Ellis served as Executive Assistant to the CEO of LinkVisum Consulting Group, a firm specializing in strategic operations and organizational consulting. In this role, she managed complex executive calendars, coordinated meetings and multi-leg travel, and implemented standardized workflows that improved decision cycles and follow-through across the organization. Before LinkVisum, Ellis served as Executive Assistant to the Deputy Health Director of the Alexandria Health Department, where she supported city public health operations across multiple departments and stakeholders. During this time, she coordinated COVID response efforts, managed cross-functional initiatives, and maintained critical operational systems to ensure consistent service delivery.

Ellis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from Morehead State University. She lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband.
