New Digital First Dashboard Layout
The Insured Retirement Institute (IRI) has launched a new layout for its Digital First for Annuities Dashboard, providing Operations and Technology leaders with clearer, more timely visibility into industry progress. Embedded directly on the IRI website, the dashboard replaces static reports with a living view of adoption, momentum, and areas requiring focus—ensuring members are always working from the most current information.
By improving transparency, accuracy, and ease of access, the dashboard strengthens IRI’s ability to track impact, communicate results, and support a more data driven approach to advancing the industry’s digital first transformation.

Spotlight: Rates Working Group

What It Does

The Rates Working Group is focused on standardizing how annuity rates are shared across the industry—supporting new business and renewals through consistent, product-level rate delivery.

Why It’s ImportantRates are time-sensitive, operationally heavy, and still highly manual. By enabling carriers to push and pull current new-issue rates and retrieve renewal rates for contracts approaching renewal, this work aims to reduce operational friction, improve timeliness, and eliminate custom point-to-point solutions. The outcome: fewer manual lookups, faster rate availability, and more reliable data flowing across carriers, distributors, and service providers.

What’s NextThe group is moving quickly from alignment to examples, with upcoming reviews of sample rate payloads and continued coordination with existing industry standards. Participation is expanding to ensure the solution supports real-world business needs across platforms.
