Spotlight: Rates
newsletter-spotlight_3082657.png
Firms across the annuity industry are coming together to streamline how rate data is shared. Today, proprietary formats and custom integrations create costly inefficiencies and introduce data inconsistencies that impact compliance and speed to market. The solution is industry-wide standards for real-time rate transmission.
The new rate standards currently in development will support multiple use cases, enabling scalable, consistent connections across the industry. These standards will be focused on New Business Rates, Renewal Rates, Contract-Specific Renewal Rates, and Feature/Rider Rates.
The Benefits:
  • Faster speed to market for rate updates
  • Reduced operational friction and NIGOs
  • Improved data accuracy and compliance
  • Better advisor and client experience
