WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Insured Retirement Institute (IRI) announced changes to its Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

Joe Toledano, Managing Director and Head of Insured Solutions Group at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, was selected to the IRI Executive Committee. He has served on the IRI Board of Directors since 2021.

The IRI Board of Directors has three new members: Jay Jackson, Senior Vice President, Individual Solutions, Strategic Partners at LPL Financial; Colbert Narcisse, Chief Product and Business Development Officer at TIAA; and Matthew Wion, Senior Vice President and Head of Retail Annuities at New York Life.

“Our industry attracts top-tier leaders, and IRI is incredibly fortunate to draw from that talent-rich pool for our Board of Directors,” said Wayne Chopus, IRI President and CEO. “Our Executive Committee and Board Members, with decades of combined leadership experience and insights, guide our efforts to deliver the service and results our members deserve. I’m excited to welcome Joe to the Executive Committee and Jay, Colbert, and Matthew to our Board of Directors.”
