WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Insured Retirement Institute (IRI) announced the publication of a compendium of best practices that the association’s member companies use to incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into hiring early- and mid-career employees.
Embedding DEI in Early- and Mid-Career Talent Acquisition is a resource for teams desiring to benchmark their current playbooks or those who want to identify new ideas.
“IRI is committed to leading our industry on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI),” said Wayne Chopus, President and CEO. “We undertook an effort to compile a menu of the DEI best practices in use across the industry for early- and mid-career hiring. These strategies help our members expand their candidate pools and win the war for top talent.”
