WASHINGTON, D.C. — Wayne Chopus, President and CEO and Jason Berkowitz, Chief Legal and Regulatory Affairs Officer, today testified at a U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) hearing to express opposition to a proposed regulation limiting retirement savers’ access to needed professional financial advice.
