RFI Submissions

IRI distributed a Request for Information (RFI) that seeks to advance the Digital First for Annuities initiative. The RFI seeks ideas for establishing an infrastructure for annuity data standards as well as a single source of product data. Click here for the word document.

The RFI seeks information on two key goals.

1. A hosting platform that provides access, discoverability, and governance of the schemas, samples, and standards. Agility and scalability are key. The model must accommodate rapid standard creation and increased usage.
2. A single source of product data that includes unique IDs for active (open) products and historical (closed) products as well as data related to features, fees, performance data, rates, etc. This single source will allow for linkages and easy integration of product data across systems.
